Some say that the top five worst U.S. Supreme Court
decisions ever, were:
1- The U. S. Supreme Court determined that beginning in 2014
all U.S. citizens and legal residents must have health care insurance or else pay
a penalty tax based on the power of Congress to impose taxes, as result of
Obamacare, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
2- The U.S. Supreme Court in 1980 determined that human-made
microorganisms could be patented by their developers since they are products of
human ingenuity.
3- The U. S. Supreme Court determined in 1996 that the State
of Michigan could seize Mrs. Bennis car as a public nuisance, because her
husband had sex with a prostitute in her car.
4- The U. S. Supreme Court claimed
in 1944 that “military necessity” warranted the constitutionality of Executive
Order 9066 that ordered Japanese Americans into concentration camps during
World War II regardless of citizenship.
5- The U. S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Roger Taney
declared in Dred Scott v. Sandford in a 1857 decision that slaves were not
citizens of the United States and could not sue in Federal courts. In addition,
Taney declared that Congress did not
have the authority to prohibit slavery in the territories. The Dred Scott
decision was overturned by the 13th and 14th Amendments to the U S
Constitution, and is widely regarded as the worst decision ever made by the
Supreme Court.
There is no question that the five U. S. Supreme Court
ruling listed above are a travesty to justice, and an affront to truth and
common sense, but they cannot compare with the five rulings rendered by the
Despotic Justices of the U. S. Supreme Court against Jesus Christ and his
Church, between 1947 and 2003 listed bellow, which undoubtedly has helped in
tearing down the moral fabric of America by corrupting the minds of mere
children in the Public Classrooms of America.

Satan began to rear his ugly head in 1947, from the
Conference Room Chamber of the U.S. Supreme Court Building in Washington D.C.
the following five Godless and Treasonous Despots: Hugo Black, Fred M.
Vinson, Stanley F. Reed, William O. Douglas, and Frank Murphy had the nerve
to tell God He is not longer welcomed in America, thus rendering the most
wicked and destructive ruling ever in the two hundred and thirty six years
history of America by erecting a fictitious Wall of Separation between Church
and State in Everson v. Board of Education, based solely on the first paragraph
of the first Amendment to the U.S. Constitution stating, “Congress shall make
no law respecting an establishment of religion”
Completely ignoring the very next paragraph of the first
Amendment to the U.S. Constitution stating, “or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof,” which clearly indicates that no one or anything can
prohibit the citizenry from practicing their Christianity in the Halls of
Government, Public Gatherings, and Public Education, period.
Again, in 1963, from the Conference Room Chamber of the U.S.
Supreme Court Building in Washington D.C. the following eight Godless Despots: Earl
Warren, Tom C. Clark, Hugo Black, Byron White, William O. Douglas, Arthur
Goldberg, John M. Harlan, and William J. Brennan opened their Kangaroo
Court by bumbling “God Save this Honorable Court” in Abington School District
vs. Schempp, and Banned the Lord's Prayer and Bible Reading in Public Schools,
based on one of the most saddest and dumbest excuse ever, “Because of the
prohibition of the First Amendment against the enactment by Congress of any law
"respecting an establishment of religion," which is made applicable
to the States by the Fourteenth Amendment, no state law or school board may
require that passages from the Bible be read or that the Lord's Prayer be
recited in the public schools of a State at the beginning of each school day -
even if individual students may be excused from attending or participating in
such exercises upon written request of their parents. Pp. 205-227”
Completely ignoring again the very next paragraph of the
first Amendment to the U.S. Constitution stating, “or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof,” which clearly indicates that no one or anything can
prohibit the citizenry from practicing their Christianity in the Halls of
Government, Public Gatherings, and Public Education, period.
Ten years later in 1973, the following seven Godless Despots
of the U. S. Supreme Court: Harry Blackmun, Warren E. Burger, William O.
Douglas, William J. Brennan, Potter Stewart, Thurgood Marshall, and Lewis F.
Powell rendered another wicked ruling, removing all moral absolutes from
the heart of America by following their father Satan instructions to the letter
by legalizing Abortion on Demand, deeming Murder a fundamental right under the
United States Constitution.
And for those murdering liars claiming that, “a baby in
the womb is nothing more than a blob of tissue,” this is what God, the
creator of Mankind says in Exodus 21:22-24, “If people are fighting and hit
a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious
injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman’s husband demands and the
court allows. But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for
life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for
burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise”
Seven years later in 1980, the following five Godless
Despots of the U. S. Supreme Court: William J. Brennan, Byron White,
Thurgood Marshall, Lewis F. Powell, Jr., and John Paul Stevens in Stone v.
Graham, ignored the fact that the Ten Commandments is the legal code of
Western Civilization and the Common Law of the United States of America and
ruled that the posting of a copy of the Ten Commandments on the walls of
Public Classrooms is Unconstitutional and in violation of the Establishment
Clause of the First Amendment, but their
flowed judgment was based solely on the first paragraph of the first Amendment
to the U.S. Constitution stating, “Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion”
Completely ignoring the very next paragraph stating, “or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” which clearly indicates that no one
or anything can prohibit the citizenry from practicing their Christianity in
the Halls of Government, Public Gatherings, and in Public Education, period.
Twenty three years later in 2003, the following six Godless Despots of the U. S. Supreme Court: Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Sandra Day O'Connor in Lawrence v. Texas struck down the sodomy law in Texas, thus legalizing sodomy in thirteen other States, and in every U.S. State and its Territories, opening the door for the legalization of Same- Sex Marriage, and in clear violation to the word of God recorded in Leviticus 18:22, “Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable” and in Leviticus 20:13, “If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads”
According to Article I, Section I to the U. S. Constitution,
all legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the
United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives,
period. The U.S. Supreme Court has no business in Enacting Legislation,
only the U.S. Congress can.
But in 2005, the following five Godless Despots of the U. S.
Supreme Court: John Paul Stevens,
Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Stephen Breyer
again enacted Legislation from the Bench in Kelo vs. City of New London, and
allowed the City through “Eminent Domain” to steal the private property of nine
of its citizens for Pfizer Pharmaceutical Private Economic Development in
violation to God’s 10th Commandment stating, “You shall not covet your
neighbor's wife. And you shall not desire your neighbor's house, his field, or
his male servant, or his female servant, or his car, or anything that is your
neighbor's” and in violation to the 5th and 14th
Amendments to the United States Constitution, guaranteeing U.S. Citizens the
right to own private property.
The Despots of the U. S. Supreme Court have been
successful in Legislating from the Bench one perversion after another in
complicity with the Pastors of America self-gagged under the IRS 501(c 3)
Tax-Exempt Code, completely ignoring the call of Jesus Christ to be the light
of the world and the salt of the earth and the preservers of virtue and
morality, but the problem is that these Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing love money
more than they love God. Consequently, the Clergy stood by for the past
sixty-six years and allowed the Dumbing Down of America with a steady diet of
Godless Public Education, creating a Nation of Spiritual Morons, otherwise
Americans would demand the U.S. Congress to Impeach the Godless Despots of the
U. S. Supreme Court under Articles I and II of the U.S. Constitution.
Revivalist Charles G. Finney was right on target when he
said: "If there is a decay of conscience, the pulpit is responsible for
it. If the public press lacks moral discernment, the pulpit is responsible for
it. If the church is degenerate and worldly, the pulpit is responsible for it.
If the world loses its interest in Christianity, the pulpit is responsible for
it. If Satan rules in our halls of legislation, the pulpit is responsible for
it. If our politics become so corrupt that the very foundations of our
government are ready to fall away, the pulpit is responsible for it."
Most Americans are completely ignorant to the fact that God
will demand an accounting of their lives. There is not an American alive that
will not stand in the presence of the living God trying to escape eternal
punishment in hell by acting dumb, and by claiming that they were only taught
the Theory of Evolution, and that they didn’t know that God is the Creator and
the Judge of Mankind demanding nothing but moral rectitude from his creation,
but that my friend, will not absolve you from your sin of omission as stated in
Leviticus 5:17, “If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the
Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be
held responsible.”
And as stated in Leviticus 5:1, “If a person sins because
he does not speak up when he hears a public charge to testify regarding
something he has seen or learned about, he will be held responsible.”
And as stated in James 4:17, “Anyone, then, who
knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins”
And as stated by Martin Luther King, Jr., “He who
passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate
it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating
with it.”
And as stated by Albert Einstein, “The world is a
dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of
the people who don't do anything about it.”
And as stated by Jesus Christ in Luke 12:47-48, “That servant who knows his master's will and does not get
ready or does not do what his master wants will be beaten with many blows. But
the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten
with few blows”
If you disobey God’s command to repent and to believe in
His beloved son Jesus Christ, you stand condemned already, and worst of all,
your are on your way to the lake of fire where their worm does not die and the
fire is never quenched as stated by Jesus in John 3:16-18, “For
God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes
in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son
into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not
condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has
not believed in the name of God's one and only Son”
And as stated in Acts 17:30-31, “In the past God
overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.
For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he
has appointed. He has given proof of this to all men by raising him from the
dead”
If we judge America by its fruit or by all the immoral
laws enacted by the Justices of the U. S. Supreme Court in the past sixty-six
years, believers and atheists alike must all agree that America is a nation
under Satan, since Satan is the leader of the fallen angels and the evil
adversary of God, and the denier and destroyer of God’s Creation, and the
murderer of the Saints.
Jesus said in Luke 10:18, “I saw Satan fall like lightning
from heaven” indicating that the offspring of Satan are in the world
masquerading as Christians, and in the process of stealing the inheritance
belonging to the Saints. The tares are everywhere, throughout the U.S.
Government, the Banking System, Private Industry, Public and Private Education,
Law Enforcement, the Mainstream News Media, and especially these devils abound
in Organized Religion, but in the end they will be thrown into the unquenchable
fire, where there will be wailing and
gnashing of teeth.
As stated by Jesus in the parable
of the tares in Matthew13: 36-43, Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. He answered and said unto them, “He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear”
Once the Treasonous Despots of the U. S. Supreme Court are
successful in legalizing Same Sex Marriage, America will be liable for
destruction; otherwise God would have to apologize to the inhabitants of Sodom
and Gomorrah.
The calamitous destruction of America has began, but it is
not found in the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown
Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, claiming 168 lives, including 19 children
under the age of 6,
and injuring more than 680 people.
Destroying 324 buildings within a sixteen-block radius, 86 cars,
shattering glass in 258 nearby buildings, and estimated to have caused at
least $652 million worth of damage
Neither is found in the September 11 attacks killing2,996 people. In the North Tower 1,355 people above the point of impact were
trapped and died of smoke inhalation, fell or jumped from the tower to escape
the smoke and flames, or were killed in the building's eventual collapse. The
destruction of all three staircases in the tower when Flight 11 hit, made it
impossible for anyone above the impact zone to escape.
Neither is found in the latest bombing attacks in the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013, killing 3 people and injuring 183 others. Thirteen people
lost their limbs because the bombs were low to the ground, the injuries mainly
affected legs and feet as a result fewer deaths occurred.
However, the calamitous destruction of America is found in
the unregenerate hearts of men, tolerating an assortment of Government
Legalized Abominations such as Separation of Church and State, Affirmative
Action, Abortion or Murder on Demand, Euthanasia, Divorce, Sodomy, Same Sex
Marriage, and the Ban imposed by the US Supreme Court Justices on Prayer
Recitation, Bible Reading and the display of the Ten Commandments in Public
Education.
Same Sex Marriage is not only an abomination in itself; it
is also a demonic mockery unto God, and an affront to reason and common sense.
Same Sex Marriage is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole since
God instituted marriage for procreation.
America can't afford to disobey the Holy precepts of God
found in the Gospels of Jesus Christ much longer. It's imperative that
Christians and concerned Americans put their foot down and say NO to the wicked
and YES to God.
Only through Jesus Christ and by following His precepts America could be great again, there is no other way, as stated in Psalm 127:1, "Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain."
